Fantastic beach life awaits you at this home away from home in the heart of St Augustine beach. Enjoy the excellent location just steps away from the no driving beach, St Johns County fishing Pier and local restaurants. Pool on site. YMCA across the street. St Augustine Amphitheater with its great concert program 1.7 miles away. The condo has two bedroom two bathrooms, private entrance, tastefully decorated inviting you to enjoy Beach life. Fully equipped kitchen, sleeper sofa in the living room. Ample linens provided. A bottle of wine of your choice to enjoy during your stay.

Check-in/out was smooth and easy. The unit was nice and clean and the pictures were accurate to the condition and amenities. Nice additional touches like lots of extra towels, beach chairs, wagon and cooler. Walk to the beach is quick and easy along a sidewalk and the beach is clean and not overly crowded. Appliances all appear to be brand new. Communication with owner was easy and very helpful!
