Excellent walkability to the beach & location, at a good value, & with good communication from the property company. There were many homey touches that made our stay comfortable—basic spices and cooking supplies, games, puzzles, beach chairs, toiletries, etc. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. This is our 2nd stay at this property and we would stay again.
I wish there was a porch, but it is definitely not a deal breaker.

The location was terrific!
The amenities on hand were great, i.e. games, tv game set, beach toys and towels, all the comforts of home!
And enough towel hooks for everything to dry!!😉
It was a bit noisy if the neighbors were outside but they were very nice and cordial!
Also, we had Hulu the first part of the week but it was cut off the later few days.
