Tranquility 220 is just 1.5 miles from Rosemary Beach, an easy walk along the shore or a bike ride for lunch, boutique shopping, a spa visit, tennis, or a dinner out. Nearby, you’ll also find Camp Creek Golf, Deer Lake State Park, Alys Beach, Seagrove, and Seaside, all within a short bike ride, providing plenty of dining and entertainment options. A friend recommended this condo building for its great location. The condo building and its shared amenities are in great shape. Unit 220 has beautiful views, plenty of space, and comfortable well maintained furnishings. The pictures are very accurate. We were also impressed with Benchmark’s communication. We had no issues or reasons to reach out, but if we did we we knew how to do so. I gave the cleanliness a 4 because it was clean, but not spotless.

The condo was exactly as we expected. I would say a deep cleaning is needed, but it was clean upon arrival. We had issues with the additional parking, but gave up on trying to resolve. By the time it was figured out, we were leaving. We also had construction happening directly in front of our condo at 8am on a Saturday morning. They eventually moved to the side. None of this made our stay horrible, but why I only gave a 4 out of 5.
