Tranquillity 220

Tranquillity is in an excellent location, situated between Rosemary Beach and the Hub. Second floor view is great, deck and chairs good and wonderful to hear the waves. Pool is a nice ammenity when you come back from the beach. The credit for Vacayzen was appreciated since it allowed us to get bikes as well as the 10 dollar card for Publix.

We agree with past posts that the unit could use a little love. The furniture, mattress at least in the master should be replaced. Windows need to be cleaned! Gas grille(s) by pool- one did not work and the other only a small portion of the surface got hot. We were not informed of the construction work being performed before we booked a non refundable booking. The contractor did not clean up well after a days work and had reported that to management. Mgmt did address with contractor and improved. My wife almost got hit by a safety harness that slid off the roof. Sent pictures to management but was not acted upon. Harness remained there during the remainder of our stay. Dishwasher had to be secured under countertop...fortunately no dishes were broken when it fell forward. Called Maintenance and they were prompt and set dishwasher within a few hours. The dishwasher still needs trim to close gap on underside of cabinet.
