Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, private pool & spa vacation home is a great option for families wanting a home base to enjoy the best of all that Central Florida has to offer.

* There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
* The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
* Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
All vehicles must be registered at the Clubhouse.
To park within the resort, cars require a transponder available at the Clubhouse for a one-time fee of $20.00
The resort allows a maximum of 4 cars (including visitors).
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Everything was great! Check-in was quick and easy. The home was just as expected and had all the essentials. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay again!

The house was well stocked, great location, host was very responsive and quick to respond.Looks like the pictures. Pool and hot tub nice and warm, got lots of use out if them, the grandkids loved itWould come back

Nobody wants to rent and house for a week on vacation to find so many problems .Here s a list to this place. 1 the washer didn't spin the cloths dry .who want to go to the laundry mat on your vacation!2The patio door to the pool did not lock !q
Who wants to sleep in a house thats not safely Secure!3 the sink and master shower had little to no water pressure!4There were bugs all over the counter and tabke when we eating crawling on are plates.gross!!5the remote to the TV for our kids room didn't work. 6 After paying for heat for the pool wasn't hot nor the hot tub only heating to temperature a few times .7 the sprinklers run for two day straight couldnt get in the car out side without getting wet. Dont worry about parking in the garage you won't fit!!Try to get a hold of management to fix these problems but got no where .so if your looking at renting this place I would take all this in consideration!!!!
