If you're searching for a wonderful vacation spot, look no further! My charming home features a newly resurfaced private pool and spa, complete with pool rails. You can relax on a spacious pool deck that overlooks a peaceful and secluded conservation area, perfect for watching wildlife. There's plenty of poolside furniture and a gas grill for your convenience. My beautifully decorated home provides cozy accommodations for family groups.
The children's rooms are absolutely adorable. The kitchen is fully stocked with many extras that most homes don't offer. The well-equipped air-conditioned game room is ideal for entertaining kids of all ages. It's a safe resort for children, perfect for walking, biking, and running. Enjoy all that Emerald Island has to offer, including a community heated pool and spa, nature trails, and a tiki bar for drinks and snacks. The home is just minutes away from shops and restaurants, and only five miles from Disney World. There's an adventure playground area right across from our home. It's a lovely gated neighborhood, perfect for those relaxing evening strolls. Pets are welcome too! POOL/SPA HEAT IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL $25 PER NIGHT.

Initial peruse of photos, perfect 5 star reviews, and great value caused us suspicion Eva and Ralph were Russian VRBO hackers, despite Norwegian origin names. Upon arrival we realized photos were not accurate, as house is much nicer, tastefully decorated and fully equipped.As 70s couple, we used just one king bed which was very comfortable. The hot tub got to 103, and pool was 87 with heat. As with any house, especially a month stay, there were quite minor issues that arise, but addressed within 24 hours, usually far less. In 31 days walking our dogs many miles, we saw only one cigarette butt on the entire resort grounds.. Poopy bags for pets are provided free at the common areas. Someone will yet mess up their 5 star average. They have been lucky. Well over ten per cent in USA have serious mental illness, and far greater percent of the younger generations are just, well, entitled. If it occurs, ignore. The other reviews are spot on. Guests should fully support hosts that offer outstanding value like this, especially pet friendly. I could never host because I am intolerant. People..don't screw this up.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, and the host was incredibly responsive and kind. The location was perfect and made our trip so easy and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

We had a great family vacation!! Wonderful location near Disney and not a bad drive to Universal and City Walk. The house is very clean and comfortable. The host is very kind. We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is very quiet and it was nice to walk with our pup every day.
