About this house rental
This luxurious homes include an oversized, south -west facing pool and Jacuzzi spa with an extra large covered patio. A great way to relax after a long day at the parks!!
Included with the home are all the resort community features. These include an on-site management and concierge service, two community pools and spa, a tiki bar for drinks and snacks, volleyball, tennis court, cyber-cafe, play area, arcade, sauna, and nature trails for biking and picnics.
This luxurious resort is only three short miles from Walt Disney World, and there are shops, restaurants and supermarkets, all within one mile.
The spacious and beautifully decorated living/dining room has a convertible queen sofa bed and a fully-equipped Entertainment system. This includes a large Flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and Stereo system all for your entertainment pleasure. Leading from the living/dining room is the upgraded and fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a ceramic top range, side by side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave.
Along with a convenient breakfast bar with bar stools and separate breakfast nook for informal dining with a view of the pool. Everything has been thought of from the Mickey Mouse toaster and waffle iron to the blender for those frozen drinks by the pool. A separate laundry room with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are located just off the kitchen area. If this isn't enough, the garage has been converted to a carpeted games room complete with a pool table, air hockey, Foosball, and TV and PS2. The games room also has a child size sofa and a table with bar stools for the grownups.
Each home has four bedrooms that sleep up to ten people. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a patio doors that lead directly to pool and Jacuzzi spa, Cable TV, private telephone, hair dryer. Master bathroom with separate shower, marble top counter with sink. The second Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed with cable TV and separate bath with all towels and hair dryer Two twin bedrooms each have two twin beds. Each room is specially designed for children, and includes Disney themed decor, Cable TV, DVD player and plenty of toys and games. The third bath has a separate shower/Tub and includes a hair dryer, and all bath and pool towels.

Owners have a very nice home, and have updated some things, such as granite countertops. Owners are also very responsive.
The problems arise where management is involved. Arrived at home and couldn't get in because manager "messed up the code". One manager returned to the property and gave us another code to get in, another manager returned our call, TWO HOURS LATER, to make sure we got in. After gaining access, we found food (a cracker) and a used paper towel in the bedroom. There were batteries missing from one of the Disney-themed childrens bedroom smoke detector (we knew this because it was left open). Also, we found doors and windows were left unlocked when we arrived.
The bed we used could be replaced, though it may have just been the lack of firmness we did not like. We didn't realize the pool was not clean for days until the pool company came and brushed the walls and shocked it and we saw how clean it had become after the much needed cleaning. We didn't use the game room, but it had a nice pool table and air hockey. The appliances in the home looked updated but the cleaners lack of cleanliness was apparent! They left a used wet dish sponge next to the dish washer tablets (rendering them un-usable) and dish soap, what a nasty mess!? Another questionable issue is with the request to have towels washed and leave them to sit in the new washer until cleaners arrive? Probably not a good thing to do? We found all towels smelling like mold, leaving us to wash them before use! Some management companies send out all towels and linens to be washed between guests, which ensures they are properly sanitized! (A good practice in these pandemic times)
All being said, nice home, responsive owners and nice resort!
