About this villa rental
Beautiful, executive, two story, 2900 Sqft villa with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms which includes 4 master suites! Southwest facing Screened Southwest Private Pool and Spacious Covered Lanai. Located on a peaceful court in a beautifully well-manicured, prestigious and 24 hours guarded community. It can comfortably sleep up to 13 guests. 2 King & 2 Queen Master En-Suites provide the needed privacy with attached bathrooms and separate Cable TVs. One of the king Master En-Suites is located on the main floor. Bedroom 5 & 6 are furnished as Princess’ room and Mickey’s room with 3 twin beds and 1 bunk-bed and share a full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen makes you feel home away from home. Family room with 18 feet high ceiling provides lot of Sun. Separate Living room and a Powder room are nice additions to the main floor.
The entire house is decorated in an elegant manner with upscale furnishing providing a warm and homey atmosphere for you to enjoy.
Security – Man guarded sub-division 24/7 so you and your guests can relax. $20 fee is charged per vehicle to get access card which remains good for the stay.
Connectivity - Free WiFi, Free calls to USA and Canada
Entertainment - Games room with Billiards, Air hockey and Foosball tables.
Sitting Area - Family Room – 18 feet high ceiling family room with lots of sun and a large screen TV which is connected with Roku TV so that you can bring your Prime videos or your Netflix series. There is a separate living room and a powder room on the main floor!
Pool & Spa -Convenient access to covered lanai, south-west facing private pool and spa. The pool has an easily removable safety fence providing extra protection for young children. Please note the Pool /Spa heat is optional and can be purchased for $30/night. It needs to be ordered at the time of booking or at least a week before your check-in so that management company can turn it on before your arrival.
Resort: The Emerald Island Resort is surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. Once inside, you feel as if you have entered a special preserve. You can enjoy all the facilities provided within the resort free of cost.
$20 fee per vehicle is charged by the resort for access card which remains valid for the stay.
Clubhouse has a heated pool, hot tubs, fitness room, Sauna, Tiki Bar, gathering room, computers with free unlimited internet access and Video game room. Don't forget the Free coffee :) Outside of the Clubhouse are a playground and a volleyball court. Lighted tennis and basketball courts are nearby on the Emerald Island Resort property. Across the street from the Clubhouse is the entrance to a walking trail that winds through the resort’s natural woodland setting in the center of the island.

Excellent communication from host. Beautiful villa with generous amenities. Very well equipped with good bedroom space for a big family. The very slight negative, which would not put me off visiting again in any way, was that the property clean before we got there was not great. The bed linen and towels were freshly laundered and no problem but I did have to clean thick dust off the headboard of the bed and sweep in the corners where there was fluff and hair. The kitchen equipment had been wiped but very smeary and needed a quick buff with a cloth to make it more appealing The host is excellent and very reactive. I noticed that the key box was broken when we got there and she swiftly had someone out to fix it. I fee that the cleaning team may have let her down a bit. The situation of the villa is great as you can get two big cars on the drive and park two more on the street. It is elevated so you don’t feel overlooked.The furniture is great quality with super comfortable beds and sofas. Plenty of room for everyone. Well equipped games room. My granddaughter was a great fan of the Frozen bedroom. We had the pool heated which was great. The kids loved it and one of them learned to swim!Fantastic home and very sorry to be leaving.

Having been to emerald island before I already knew it was a great location for the disney parks and other attractions. I searched thoroughly for the right villa for our party of 8 i needed a villa that had a south/west facing pool as we like to take a few rays after a long day at the parks and extra bedrooms for our party to move about ,so this villa was as described and quite private as well ,the host pri was easily contactable with any queries I had but I would like to suggest a small welcome pack of essential groceries for guests would be good especially after a late arrival on a long flight all in all i would consider this property again if we came back with the same number party

The home itself was nice and location was great. Lots of space and it was relatively well cleaned except the downstairs master bathtub. The host was communicative until after the fact. When we arrived at 1am on the second night (as we told the host would be the case), the code that was in the welcome email through VRBO was not working (yes, I have a video to support this). Host did not respond until about 7am the next morning (I understand that people do not wake up in the middle of the night to respond...and I also have screen shots to support this). Pri apologized stating that the code should have been programmed by the property manager. As the trip went on, host stated that he had sent an email from his personal email with the correct code. While we had acknowledged the receipt of a welcome email, the assumption was that it was the welcome email from VRBO. The email from host personal email had the code used for other site's bookings and that code also was the one that he gave that morning that finally worked...after we had to sit in the car in the driveway all night with a crying 3 year old. In short, host decided that it was our fault for not checking our SPAM folder and stated such. When we kindly requested a full refund, we were told to "don't push it" because he was being nice by refunding 50% of that night. I don't recommend this host. If you are confident you are able to get in the home, book it. Location is fine and the home is okay. Host seems dishonest.
