About this apartment rental
Our apartment is located inside the historical center of the beautiful and Medieval town of Montepulciano. It is a short walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops fruit/vegetable store, bakery, Wine Cellars, supermarket, and other beautiful sites. It is also a 5 minute walk from the IL SASSO LANGUAGE SCHOOL. Our apartment has been renovated and furnished with new furniture. It has 2 bedrooms, with two bathrooms, a large Kitchen/Dining and Living Room Area. Both bathrooms have been renovated. I supply soft linens, plush large towels, and toiletries. The large spacious Terrace has a comfortable seating area and a dining table with chairs. Guests will enjoy the beautiful views of the Tuscan Countryside and the Medieval Town. The terrace is completely private and only for the use of guests staying in our apartment. There is also a laundry room with a Washing Machine, detergent, ironing board and iron.

We had a lovely stay here. We loved the location. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Everything is so lovely and the balcony was amazing. We felt right at home. Dorita provided great recommendations for food and wineries. We loved all of them. If we ever come back, I would totally stay here again. Thank you

We stayed in her two apartments in town, this one and the other one around the corner and they were absolutely amazing! The amenities were excellent, and the check-in process was seamless. Meeting the owner was the icing on the cake—she went out of her way to make everything perfect for us. The location couldn’t have been better, especially with the unexpected game festival happening in town, which made the stay even more special. The pictures truly do not do this listing justice; it is a BEAUTIFUL apartment with amazing views. The terrace on top was a truly magical way to end our evenings as well!We had the most wonderful time and truly wished we could have stayed longer. We loved the city, and our host made the experience unforgettable!
