Dimora dell'Erbe is an historic residence overlooking the Montepulciano’s delightful main course.
The residence has been completely restored with great attention to the original architectural features dating to the 17th century and marvelously furnished with antique furniture joint with delicate modern design details.
The charming terraces give you an enchanting view of Val d'Orcia, Val di Chiana up to the lake Trasimeno.
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (Nepitella and Timo), a big and bright kitchen with a living room area and the exclusive access to the amazing terraces overlooking the roofs of Montepulciano.
It is possible to add a sofa bed in the living room area, for two more people.
Independent air conditioning and heating system.
Free wi-fi available.

It is a magnificent apartment. The hosts were attentive and accommodating, very helpful to us navigating some parking issues we didn’t understand. They seemed very much like our personal hosts, eager to assist. The rooftop view over the hills of Tuscany and the rooftops of Montepulciano was breathtaking. We couldn’t get enough. Creature comforts were perfect. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

The location was great! And the deck overlooking the valley was fabulous. This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. We would love to come back very, very soon.

Our stay exceeded our expectations ! This VRBO is located in a very convenient location in the middle of town right near all the restaurants, bars, and sights. The VRBO is very spacious and clean and our host was very responsive and hospitable. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop terrace enjoying the views and nice glass of wine. We could not recommend this place enough!

We've stayed at a number of apartments in our travels over the years, and this one ranks up there as one of the best! From moment one communication was swift, patient, and helpful. The apartment can only be described as spectacular - fully modern with an old world feel, and the terrace.... oh the terrace! Breathtaking views and a private area where we enjoyed wine, naps and simply chatting on the lounge while listening to the church bells in the distance. Seriously, does it get any better?Upon arrival (using the directions provided - they worked perfectly!) Francy met us at the apartment and after showing us around took us to the parking area where we actually found free parking on the street - a plus for coming in October we heard.Breakfast was a nice bonus and a lovely start to the day just a few doors away - we sat on the restaurant terrace and lingered over coffee.An apartment we will always remember, thank you for an amazing stay! Monteplciano, and this apartment will always hold a special place in our hearts.
