Welcome to the Richmond Cottage! This newly renovated 3 bed, 1 bath home has brand new furnishings & is fully stocked with everything you need for a stay in RVA.
The cottage is 1000 sq ft with fenced backyard, firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, private dining area & off-street parking.
5-10 minute drive to most places in downtown Richmond including VA Capital Bike Trail, Bell Isle, Carytown, Richmond Raceway, Scott`s Addition & more!

Single family home with off street parking behind the house.
3 bedroom (2 queen beds each in their own room and third bedroom with twin bed) & 1 full bath.
Bath is jack and jill between the two primary queen bedrooms.
Large spacious kitchen with separate dining area

The entirety of the property is accessible to guests with the exception of a hospitality closet.

- Trash pick-up is in the alley. Please place any trash and recycling in the trash cans behind the house and it will be picked up weekly.
- We also have laundry on site. Please leave the washer door slightly open if you use it to let it dry out.

Host has excellent communication. House was a perfect location while I'm town for shows at the new Allianz Ampitheater on the Riverfront. House was comfortable and had everything we needed. Peaceful neighborhood close to everything.

Enjoyed our stay, communication was excellent! The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Super convenient to 95 and Richmond north side. Thanks for a nice property.

Everything was as shown in description, everything you may need away from home was there from coffee machine to hair dryer, all amenities needed were provided. Which ment our stay was stress free. James was always there to answer any questions even after my stay.
If you want a clean peaceful house w a yard to enjoy thata close to everything this is the spot! I will be back!

Our stay was nearly perfect. Quiet neighborhood, nearby access to bike bath. Close to downtown Richmond.
House was very clean and updated in all the right places (finishes, furniture, kitchen, bath).
Back yard was great for our family and our active dog.
Communication with property manager, James was truly flawless, they even accommodated a last minute change to our reservation.
Would certainly recommend this property to others.
