Comfortable furniture, quiet location with easy on street parking.
The back garden is not as pleasant a space as it could be.

The open kitchen and patio with fenced in yard was excellent! Also appreciate a Keurig coffee maker with sugar and milk provided and 2 Smart TVs.
Dealing with a lockbox every time you arrive and leave is a bit inconvenient. Suggest installing a smart lock with a code. The pots and pans are in terrible shape so suggest replacing them.

Good neighborhood.
The property can use more cleanliness. Vacuum was horrible full with dust and smelled so bad. Under the beds was so much dirt. The carpets were stained on several places. Doors were super old and had trouble closing them or even opening. Patio was not clean and grass was tall for dogs. We spotted 3 cockroaches on the dinning area. Pans were not very cleaned. On the coffee pods bowls there were dead bugs at the bottom. Can have some maintenance on the outside of the house. Bathroom was dirty with mold you can see.
