This is a great rental property! The house is clean, bright, spacious, beautifully decorated, well maintained, and well stocked. The pool and lanai area is awesome! It was really nice to have the use of the garage for parking, and it is in a great location for enjoying all Venice has to offer as well as the surrounding areas. The host is accommodating, friendly, and responsive and provides a lot of helpful information on how to use and keep the house. My only suggestion is a railing near the pool steps for safety. I will definitely rent again if and when the need arises!
