About this villa rental
We are pleased to welcome you to our completely refurbished, modern villa with private heated pool, outdoor kitchen, large barbecue; 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sunny south-west location.
Wonderful, quiet beaches, can be reached in a few minutes!
Our Villa Nectar is located in a quiet residential area in South-Venice, shopping and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. Of course we offer WIFI with high speed internet access.
As soon as you enter our villa you can feel like at home: The open, spacious living/dining area with kitchen and separate breakfast area, and the new, top modern furnishings will inspire you. In our outdoor summer kitchen you can mix your cocktails.
There are 3 bedrooms available in the house. A comfortable king-size bed awaits you in the master suite, which has a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub.
The other bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the living area. One bedroom with a queen size bed, the other with 2 single beds. All beds are equipped with new very high quality mattresses. The second bathroom is located directly between the two bedrooms.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation stay.
In the spacious outdoor area with beautiful pool, deck chairs and large dining table for 6 people you can enjoy a relaxing day outdoors. Summer kitchen and large barbecue complete the amenities.
If you come with children, we have a baby fence available for you to secure the pool area.

Manasota Key Beach: 10 minutes away by car (beautiful, pristine and
natural beach)
Caspersen Beach, South Brohard Beach, (beautiful beaches, many Shark teeths) Nokomis Beach: 15 - 20 minutes by car (ideal for shell collecting)
Siesta Key Beach: 30 minutes by car away
(white quartz sand, several times awarded as the most beautiful beach in the USA)

We spent a month and had a great time. Plenty of space, Beautiful pool. The home is protected on the back and one side buy foliage/lots so very private as we enjoyed the pool. Nice location in that it was close to beach, shopping, downtown Venice, I75, and many golf courses and restaurants.

We come to Venice twice a year and have stayed in different Vrbo residences each time. This by far was the best one we have stayed at. The owners went the extra mile in doing a lot of little things that made it extra special. House was beautiful, we had breakfast every morning outside by the pool and hung out there in the evening time. Has every amenity you will need and then some. Next time we are down hopefully this will be available to stay.

The property was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. It was centrally located to all our trips, from Clearwater to Punta Gorda. And we enjoying the heated pool.

When you rent property from someone else, there will always be a few small issues. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Schmid property in all regards, but most of all, really appreciated their responsiveness when a few issues did arise. The owners of this property are residents of Germany, but they have local representation, and local support. Volker and Claudia want you to enjoy your stay at their home, and it made our stay very nice. I have inquired about future stays already, would never hesitate to refer others to this property, and applaud the dedication this couple has towards ensuring your good time!The few issues we had were primarily due to no one drawing attention to them before, and the house is presently very nicely.Five stars, without a doubt.Mike Cushing
