Ski home on Four O'Clock Run and step directly into this penthouse at Tyra II in Breckenridge, Colorado — four bedrooms, four bathrooms, ski-in/ski-out access on one of the mountain's most storied runs, and a private hot tub waiting slope-side.

Eight minutes on foot from Main Street. Reviewers call the location genuinely hard to beat: ski in off the 4 O'Clock run and walk less than 50 yards to the Snowflake lift to head back up. One group described it as the best location they've stayed at in Breckenridge.

The open-concept living area has a 70-inch Smart TV and plush seating. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances has premium stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. The primary suite has a dedicated workspace. Renovated bathrooms throughout. Shared outdoor hot tubs and lounge areas are available for post-activity relaxation in all seasons.

Four O'Clock Road is a year-round access point to Breckenridge's outdoor trail network. In summer, the Four O'Clock Trail connects directly to the mountain hiking and biking system. The BreckConnect Gondola and Main Street are a short walk or free shuttle ride away. Parking for three vehicles included. Sleeps up to 12. Managed by Gilson Property Group.

The penthouse has an open main level with a combined living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room features a 70-inch Smart TV and seating for the full group. The private patio delivers panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. Bathrooms have been recently renovated throughout.

Capacity: up to 12 guests across 4 bathrooms, including a half bath. A queen pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping flexibility.

Additional suite amenities: in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, full kitchen with all cookware, and ski storage on-site.

Entry is via keypad with your code provided through the Gilson guest portal before arrival. A brief identity verification through the portal is required before check-in. Note: indoor hot tubs are unavailable from May through summer due to seasonal maintenance.

Great property. My family of 5 had a wonderful time there. There are some kitchen items that need to be upgraded and we advised mgmt. One thing to note. Thr master bed was very comfortable but too high for anyone below 5'5". I don't understand the logic behind having it so high.One other iss

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It’s a great location and short walk to Main Street. The beds were very comfortable and the layout is perfect for multiple families. The bathrooms were all updates and nicely appointed with toiletries. We didn’t realize there was no ac, but once we opened the windows the condo became very comfortable. A few kitchen appliances and supplies were old and didn’t work properly, but we were still able to make a nice breakfast. Overall would recommend this property for couples or multiple families. Great stay!!!
