Guests have exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom penthouse. Guests also have access to shared amenities in the Tyra Summit 2 complex — outdoor hot tubs and clubhouse. Note: indoor hot tubs are unavailable throughout summer. Outdoor hot tub hours are 10am to 10pm.
Access is via electronic key cards and parking passes issued at check-in.

Before your stay, we will ask you to complete a quick identity verification through our guest portal. It takes just a few minutes and is how we ensure every Gilson stay is seamless and secure. A valid driver's license and rental agreement are all that is needed to confirm your check-in details.
A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process.
Our guest portal also includes our full concierge menu: private chef, grocery and alcohol delivery, airport transportation, welcome kits, in-home spa services, early check-in and late checkout, guided excursions, and local recommendations — all available to browse and book at your convenience, before or during your stay.
The primary renter must be 25 or older.
