Welcome to the ALL NEW Mountain Fox Chalet, a modern luxury retreat, custom-built in 2022 and perfectly positioned between the Beaver Run and Snowflake lifts. Experience true ski in/ski out convenience (snow dependent) and an easy walk to town. This spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is perfect for families and groups seeking the BEST location in Breckenridge. Enjoy three levels of beautifully furnished living space, two entertainment areas with Smart TVs, a game room, wet bar, and a high end open concept kitchen ideal for gathering after a day on the mountain. The dining table seats 10, with additional seating at the kitchen island and breakfast nook.

Proximity: This home is located on Snowflake Drive, just minutes from everything Breckenridge has to offer. Main Street is only a 20 minute (0.8 miles) walk while the ski slopes are literally just steps behind the home. Enjoy easy access to the free bus system in town as the nearest bus stop is only an 8 minute walk away (0.3 miles).
Please note that early and late season conditions may affect ski-in/ski-out availability.
Sleeping Arrangements: 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath –
• Primary Bedroom (Main Floor): King suite with with steam shower, soaking tub, fireplace, smart TV with YouTube TV.
• Second Bedroom (Top Floor): King size bed & ensuite bathroom
• Third Bedroom (Top Floor): King size bed
• Fourth Bedroom (Top Floor): King size bed
• Fifth Bedroom (Bottom Floor): 2 Twin over twin bunk beds & ensuite bath
Living Room (Main Floor): As you enter the main level, you are greeted by an expansive open concept living room where soaring ceilings meet a beautiful three sided fireplace. Sunlight pours in through floor to ceiling windows, complemented by ample seating including two plush lounge chairs and an L shaped sofa.
Kitchen (Main Floor): The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, fully stocked and featuring high-end finishes, a spacious island for morning coffee, and a cozy breakfast nook. Share celebratory meals at the grand dining table with seating for 10 or step out onto one of the three private decks to breathe in the crisp mountain air.
Game Room (Bottom Floor): After a day on the slopes, retreat to the entertainment lounge featuring a large Smart TV, gas fireplace, L Shaped sofa, convertible pool table, shuffleboard table, and a sleek wet bar. The game room also has access to the lower level deck where the hot tub is located.
Home Office (Loft): A dedicated desk space and sofa, perfect for the remote traveler, with access to the upper deck.
Outdoor Living: The lower level patio features a hot tub and bench seating surrounding the gas firepit. On the second level, you'll find a grill, additional firepit, and more outdoor seating around the firepit. A third private deck overlooks the front of the home and the driveway.

Parking: There is parking available for 5 vehicles in total, including 2 in the heated garage and 3 in the driveway. Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate.
For safety and security, exterior cameras are located on the front, side, and back of the home. None of the cameras face the hot tub area.
We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and hotel-style bottles of high-end shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. Extra towels for the private hot tub are included; we professionally service the tub before and after every stay.

The house was very clean and easily accommodated out large group. Access to the slopes was easy once we figured out how to ski back in. Everything worked great. The only issue was the amount of towels available. Only 2 per bathroom. Overall this property was 10/10!

We had an excellent stay and will likely be coming back in the near future. Perfect for families: easy ski in/out access to lifts, 15 minute walk to town, and plenty of space for a three generational family of six. Next time might not even rent a car and rely on walking and occasional ubers when needed. Location is that good!

Exactly as described. Plenty of room for everyone. Excellent location. The weather was so nice end of march that we walked to town most days.
