Come enjoy this freshly updated, retro beach cottage just a half mile from the sand and a 10-minute walk to Pipes (Cardiff State Beach) and Swami's Beach. This is a beautiful section of the coastline, and this home offers miles of beautiful Pacific views. You can stroll on the lovely walking and bike path from Cardiff to Encinitas. If you'd rather, you can relax without effort on 2 well-furnished ocean view patio decks.
Just a few steps from the great room is a long deck with high top stools and a wide railing, just right for morning coffee or an evening libation.
The second patio deck, down a few stairs, offers a stunning unobstructed ocean view and is the perfect place for a barbecue and outside dining for 4-6. A comfortable fire pit cluster is the perfect place to watch the glow of the fire and
the sunset at the same time.
This two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,400-square-foot, single-story cottage has had some modern updates and sports all new furniture both inside and out, all of which will delight the pickiest of guests. The great room, with a large window flanked by original stain glass overlooking the awe-inspiring Pacific Ocean, sports a large TV and a cozy and comfortable seating cluster.
A view-dining alcove has a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable at all times. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences you expect, making it easy for you to create meals and snacks. All you need do is add the food and the camaraderie and enjoy yourselves.
This home has two bedrooms - a king primary bedroom with an en suite bath with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a kid-friendly loft with a queen foam mattress and a full sofa sleeper in the living room.
The second bathroom is shared, and all beds and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens to ensure your ultimate comfort. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer for your convenience and WiFi and cable.

This home is west of I-5 and is on a fairly busy street.
There are two additional units on this property that are occupied year-round. The stairs on the south side of the property are the long-term tenant's access to their units.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
This home is managed by the family owners.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicles. Make sure to park far right not blocking garage door.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
