Historic Spanish home within walking distance of Cardiff Towne Center, Downtown Encinitas and the beach! Enjoy outdoor living with a dining table, firepit and two yards for the kids to play in. Recently updated. Enjoy a complimentary meal at our local Encinitas restaurant with your stay! No parties at all as this is a quiet residential neighborhood and no smoking anywhere on the premises. We had another fantastic weekend at the house in Encinitas. Owners are super responsive (and definitely have a meal at their 101 Diner). Weather wasn't very cooperative but we did get to eat al fresco at the patio table one night. Wonderful place, highly recommended.

Stayed here with a group of coworkers for an event we were hosting in the area. The home was perfect. Enough space for everyone, it was clean, and owners were easy to communicate with. We will definitely be looking to stay here again next year.
