Historic Spanish home within walking distance of Cardiff Towne Center, Downtown Encinitas and the beach! Enjoy outdoor living with a dining table, firepit and two yards for the kids to play in. Recently updated. Enjoy a complimentary meal at our local Encinitas restaurant with your stay! No parties at all as this is a quiet residential neighborhood and no smoking anywhere on the premises. Maximum of 8 guests. Downstairs of carriage house included.

I highly recommend this property. If anything, it was nicer than advertised. It is a very comfortable home, tastefully decorated. The location was very convenient. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was well-stocked and easy to work in. All in all, we had a great experience here, and we would be happy to stay here again!

Wonderfully designed old Spanish style home, with an amazing outdoor area which was very private.

We had another fantastic weekend at the house in Encinitas. Owners are super responsive (and definitely have a meal at their 101 Diner). Weather wasn't very cooperative but we did get to eat al fresco at the patio table one night. Wonderful place, highly recommended.
