About this house rental
Welcome to this spacious 4-bedroom home, offering 2,200 SF of modern comfort and charm perfect for families or groups of up to 6 guests. This inviting retreat features all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay, including a cozy atmosphere, a patio, and a backyard to unwind. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Evansville Airport and 8 minutes from Deaconess Midtown, you’ll be close to top attractions like Mesker Park Zoo, Tropicana Casino, and the Evansville Museum.
The space
You’ll be less than one mile from a famous Franklin St known for access to easy bar hopping and nightlife. It’s easy to Uber to there or downtown. The home has ample space for clothing storage on a longer stay, and all the important kitchen items; baking sheet, toaster, coffee, wine glasses, freezer, Kuerig coffee machine, and a blender.
The 4th bedroom is an office space and does not have a bed.
A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed, with a $150 pet fee per dog.
*Larger dogs must be approved by the host, and a deposit along with an additional pet fee will be required.

The entrance (main door on the porch) has a keypad. The Smart lock will you a dedicated code for your stay..
Other things to note
It's a shared driveway, please park in the street.
The backyard offers ample space for pets to play and use the restroom comfortably.
The home comes equipped with a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry pods. For longer stays or higher needs, you will need to purchase additional toiletries to accommodate your needs. There is a local Dollar General store within walking distance for all additional needs.

Very nice property. The a/c was not working correctly.Once I got them to understand that I knew what I was talking about they had a tech come fix it.The host was very helpful offering to bring fans and going to buy window units for us.She called and texted to check on us and great follow thru. The start of our stay was not ideal do to lack of maintenance. They offer to help and make us feel comfortable.
