Got a message 1 hour prior to checking in that the property had been double booked and we could not stay there because the other client had booked a long term stay. Was told to contact VRBO for refund as it would be more efficient. Yes VRBO did refund everything but that left my traveling party of 6 without lodging during a graduation weekend, me spending 45 minutes online with VRBO and no help from either VRBO or loft owner to find lodging for the stay. Can not recommend this location/place.

This was our 2nd stay at this property, and we were excited it was available. Clean, high quality remodel, spacious and comfortable. Amenities make it even better- high quality paper products, bathroom extras and microwave popcorn with reusable buckets made our weekend. Excellent accommodations for a concert weekend in Evansville! Restaurants/Bars within walking distance. Uber to and from the concert venue. The property was very clean and roomy for 4 people! The owner was very prompt with communication. We were very pleased!

This place was a lot bigger than expected. House rules are pretty strict in my opinion but it’s a very well kept place so I can see why. Ian was very prompt with communication. Very cute spot in a charming building. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place. The location is prime and was within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit.

It was great stay in a great location for a small group of friends. The only thing is that they promote that it sleeps 6 - 2 in each bed, and 2 on the couch. The couch is comfy, but wish that was stated beforehand.

Easy access to Lloyd expressway & east side of town. Owner was extremely easy to work with and prompt to respond to any questions. Great loft!

Great loft!

We were in Evansville to attend a wedding. The wedding was held at City View on Fulton Ave. The loft was a great location! Not only was is close to the wedding venue, it was close to several restaurants. (Maybe too close to the ice cream shop, lol) The bride's parents were able to stop in several times to take a break from the wedding's weekend activities. The loft is well taken care of and Ian was a great host! We would stay here again when in Evansville! The loft exceeded our expectations! Thank you for letting us stay!

This place was great!

We came from Texas to our son’s graduation from UE. This place was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Little shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Quick drive to the Ford Arena. The host was friendly, the little touches like snacks and waters made this place a 5 star place! Highly recommend.
