Large 1200 SQ FT 2 bedroom 1 bath loft apartment overlooking historic Franklin St on Evansvilles west side. Enjoy all that Franklin St has to offer which is several blocks of food, entertainment, boutiques, gift shops and much more. All in walking distance. NO parties if any kind. We cannot accommodate local guests.

There was plenty of room. There were a couple of very small things about cleanliness but overall was very good. Perfect location to some shops, restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

This place was perfect for us the check-in process was a breeze the place was really nice modern and clean the location was incredibly great we had front row seats to everything including two festivals in the park across the street.
