Built in 1904, this home has been completely renovated and updated to make it feel like a modern home with a cute, historic-inspired exterior. Make yourself at home by sitting on the plush furniture, carrying on fun conversations, and streaming a movie on the large TV in the living area. After creating culinary charms in the kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances, serve your guests a home-cooked meal at the formal dining table. With 12 beds, this home has more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities and is ideal for large groups or family reunions. Note on Accessibility: While the third floor offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, please note that the staircase leading up is steep. If you are traveling with small children or anyone who finds stairs challenging, we suggest utilizing the bedrooms on the lower floors instead.

The house is very close to the boardwalk and all of the fun stuff in Rehoboth. It is large enough to accommodate a lot of people, but the rooms are kind of odd with some very small bathrooms, an odd upstairs stairwell and some funky bedrooms. All in all though a great place for a short beach trip.

A very comfortable house for our extended family group of 12 (would have had room for a couple more kids) and our dog. Did all our cooking/dining at the house. Loved being right at the beach and virtually on Rehoboth Ave at the same time. We came in the winter for New Year's (3 days), but think that summer there would be just as fun.

The house was in decent shape, but the couch was falling apart and not very comfortable. The teenagers didn't care. Location is very convenient to the boardwalk. Overall, a good place for a large group of undiscerning teens, but if you have older folks in your party that have trouble with stairs (or want to sit somewhere comfortably), there is only one bedroom on the ground floor so this might not be the best choice.
