About this house rental
Beautiful, brand new, end unit townhome with 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and one 1/2 bath on the main level. In the Rehoboth Crossing community with a Pool & Fitness area. Each level has an awesome deck or porch with spectacular sunset views. All new chic furniture, including a king bed with direct deck access on the top floor, twin beds in another bedroom on the top floor, and a queen bed on the lower level bedroom with sliding doors to the back deck, along with a grill. A flip bed for children in one room, so sleeping for 7 guests. Townhome also features an open floor plan with dining, living room, breakfast nook and a huge modern kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
The screened in porch by the kitchen also provides great sunset views and a comfortable table and chairs for memorable outside dining. We love having coffee out there for lazy mornings or before hitting the beach!
Private, large pool, fitness center and clubhouse too.
Walk to Tanger Outlets, many restaurants and bars and minutes from movies, golf, water parks, the fabulous Fractured Prune Donut shop (a must in Rehoboth!) and the beaches as close as an easy 5 minute ride. Private access to the Junction and Breakwater Trail so if scenic biking or hiking is your thing, you can get to Rehoboth, Lewes or the beaches and state parks and enjoy nature at your pace. Or take the bus which is just steps away, a great option for enjoying the nightlife!.
On the Ocean side of Route 1 - quick access to Rehoboth Avenue without the hassle of the highway.
Everything you need but please remember to bring your own linens, and towels.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was roomy and spacious for all 6 of us. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were great. We were close to everything and 1 mile from the beach! I just wish the vacation was longer! We would stay there again!! Thank you for a great few days!
