About this house rental
Enjoy a week at the beach in this very nicely decorated, three bedroom, three and half bath town home, located only one and a half mile from the beach and east of Route 1. When you are not at the beach, enjoy the large Community Pool and Fitness Center. This three level unit offers all the amenities you will need to grill outside and two dining areas to serve amazing dinners! The screened in porch offers a relaxing lounge area perfect for refreshments after the beach. The home has Wireless Internet, flat screen TVs, two parking spaces in front of the unit and a parking space in the garage. Enjoy a short bike ride, a leisurely stroll, or the DART Beach Bus, only a block away, as easy alternatives to driving to the beach and boardwalk. A code provides private access to the Breakwater Trail, a wooded bike and walking trail connecting Rehoboth and Lewes. No Pets.
Guests pay a $175.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights.) Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. We had visited Rehoboth Beach multiple times in the last few years, but this was our first full week vacation as a family. We had a lovely week. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of space, well maintained, clean and ideally located.

When we arrived the process to pick up keys was so easy. The townhouse was easy to find and centrally located to literally everything. The place was extremely clean. Kudos to whoever the cleaning company is. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. Even though the townhome is not ours we felt comfortable in it and enjoyed the outdoor patios/balconies and the large amount of toys they had for the kids. The property management was so easy to work with. Unfortunately, the one night we went for a walk and when we came back our friends 3 year old accidentally locked us out. We called and were immediately put in contact with someone and they helped right away. The community pool is nice and the walking trail you have access to is awesome. We walked and rode bikes on it everyday that we could. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We look forward to coming back.
