About this house rental
Perfect summer vacation! Spacious 3 bedroom townhouse with all new beds, sleeps 8 people comfortably. With 3.5 bathrooms 2 balcony’s and a patio on the first level.
Providing everything you need, from 5 new beach cruisers with private access to the breakwater trail you’re 5 mins from the Rehoboth boardwalk and beach or a 7 mile scenic ride to downtown historic Lewes. Along with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler.
Our home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. Linens and bath towels provided and professional cleaned for every stay.
The kitchen is a chefs dream, with a gas stove top along with everything you could think of to prepare a great meal as well as an outside gas grill. Enough dining space for 12 people. A cozy living room with a 65” smart television, Apple TV and high speed internet.
Plenty of parking, a club house with exercise equipment and a large pool.
Minutes from tax free outlet shopping, with some of Delawares best restaurants and amazing golf courses this is your perfect vacation to make memories with your family and friends.
With plenty to do in the area Jungle Jim’s water park is directly across the street, lefty’s bowling alley is 2 miles up the road, and plenty of mini golf!
The state parks offer a fishing pier, disc golf, and activities for children with drive on beaches.
Dewey beach is less than 3 miles away where the best rock and roll bar in the world is, the Bottle N Cork.
Dewey also offers jet ski and boat rentals all season long.
Don’t forget to check out the famous starboard for the best breakfast in town!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was immaculate. Check in was easy and it is conveniently located for anywhere you'd like to go. Previous reviews mentioned an ant problem. We didn't see any nor was there any other insect problem. Seems like that issue was taken care of. The condo is fully stocked with flatware, silverware, spices etc. Joseph was a pleasure to deal with. My only "complaint" is the 9am checkout time. I'm sure if we really needed to stay later we could have worked it out. Just more use to a 10am or 11am check out. Not a big deal though. We would definitely stay again
