The unit itself was fine, what we had a problem with was the neighborhood. It is more residental rentals than vacation. You are assigned one parking place, which you have a fee for. Also, if you stay longer than 30 days, you have to have a background check, which you also have to pay for. It took them almost two months to get the pool up and running. The nice thing about it being more residental, when you go to the pool there usually isn't anyone else there. At the unit itself, there is nowhere to sit outside. Location is good.

Place was clean, had everything we need, and central located. You were a 2 minute drive to Starbucks, Publix, and iHop. I’d recommend this place as well as stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable away from home. The location was close to supermarkets and restaurants. It is only an hour ride to Tampa for the theme parks and about 40 minutes to Disney and Universal. Claudia was very responsive to my messages and very welcoming. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Florida.
