Wij waren in Florida in een hele vervuilde villa gezet waarvan niks het deed en vies was.
We zijn direct via booking gaan kijken naar iets anders en kwamen deze villa tegen.
We hebben deze mensen uitgelegd wat de situatie was en ze waren direct heel meedenkend.
En we konden de volgende dag gelijk na de schoonmaak er in.
We kwamen binnen met de kids en in een woord fantastisch een super mooie schone Villa we voelde ons direct welkom en onze vakantie was nu dan echt begonnen.
Een super host en als er iets was qua vragen hadden we binnen een half uur antwoord toen het licht in de jacuzzi op hield was het de volgende ochtend gemaakt een super fijn huis super goeden mensen en een fantastische vakantie mogen hebben in deze Vila.

The property was spacious; it was the perfect size for a group of seven.
The day before check in I got a list of all the restrictions; if I had known about these restrictions I would have never booked this property. It is the first time I am required to make sure I leave a load of laundry washing with the linens I used before checking out to avoid a fee. When we arrived the house was a sauna; guests are required to put the ac on 80 when leaving the house, and can’t have it lower than 74 or there is an extra fee. The rooms were always hot and we had to use a fan which we found in the closet. The game room was nice, but had no access to the ac. Before we left we had to make sure we threw out the garbage or we would be feed. When on vacation I want to sleep in ac, not have to do trash nor worry about throwing out the garbage.
