About this house rental
This 3 bedroom 2 bath villa sleeps 6. This lovely home is located in the very private gated community of Weston Hills in Clermont. 6.8 miles from Disney. This house stands out because it is located at the back end of the community overlooking conservation which can never be built on so there are no houses behind you. It provides alot of privacy. Watch the spectacular sunsets from the private pool or Jacuzzi. This house has been lovingly cared for over the years.This community offers many things to do for a family. As well as the pool and jacuzzi at the house there are walking trails, a soccer field, basketball court, tennis court, 2 pools, splash playground, volleyball court, and a large kids playground. Lots to do! A great place to vacation!

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

The place was nice, loved the pool. I didn't realize it was a gated community. A little annoying getting in after long days at the theme parks but nothing unbearable. Cooking took a couple trips to the store as there is no basic food items like salt and pepper, or any seasonings for food. Also no laundry soap to start a load of laundry upon leaving or extra trash bags. Other than those minor things, the place was great. Really comfortable stay.

This rental was very nice and we had a good time but there were some issues with the A/C and hot tub. The A/C was supposed to stay at a certain temperature like 75, per the rules, so it did get a little hot at times especially in the front bedroom when the hot sun was coming in throughout the daytime hours. The host did let us put it down to like 72 since we had my pregnant daughter in law with us but it was still a little warm at times especially since the A/C seemed to be having trouble keeping the temperature down to 72 degrees. The hot tub was confusing. We paid extra for the hot tub to be hot. It would take a while to heat up and sometimes it was not hot at all. The pool was very nice especially with the cover over the top to keep bugs out. The neighborhood pool/playground was great and there was no one there. Lastly, I just want to mention that my family is big on watching movies and my grandson watches the Disney channel so the tv in the living room was large and worked well but the tvs in the bedrooms were very small about the size of a computer monitor so not as good. Anyway, like I said we had a great time anyway because the weather was good and we were together.

The pool heating was faulty for the first week. Never really got warm e nough. The pool was turned off on our last day. The management team were attentive trying to resolve the issues. The villa was nice with a good location within the communityThe security gate on the entry to the community was a complete nightmare and because of this I wouldn’t rebook which is a shame.
