Quick response to all my questions. Any concerns were resolved very timely, even on the evening of July 4th. House was very clean. Nice Neil and close to beach.

The property was super clean but we were instructed the AC would not go below 74 without damaging the unit. This was fine during the day but made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night. The sleep foundation recommends a temperature between 60-69F. I recommend making any necessary upgrades for a more comfortable night sleep.
