If temperatures outside get under 65 degrees, the pool heater will take 5x longer to heat. We hope for warm weather, but cannot predict what it will be like during your stay. Sorry, no refunds for cold weather. We will have the heater turned on prior to your stay if you do choose to get this add on. The cost is $60/day + tax. If you decide to purchase the pool heat when you are already in the property the cost is $100/day.

The rental was exactly what we needed for our short get-a-way. We were able to walk or drive to the beach and enjoy the pool. We paid for the heated pool, which was perfect for our adult children. The location is quiet and close to amenities. Communication was easy and clear, We would rent again.

The house was nice and clean. The location was close to the beach. But several things did not work well in this house. First of all the garage door did not work so we could not use the garage. There was a water leak in the garage. The air conditioner stop working for an entire day, waiting for a repairman was not part of our vacation plan turns out the air conditioner needs a new pump. The kitchen did not have a garbage disposal. The sliding door to the pool did not close or lock dangerous!(waited for repairman for that too!)
