Out front, a peaceful seating area invites you to linger over a morning coffee and take in the mature southern magnolia tree at the end of the driveway — especially beautiful and fragrant when in bloom.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms:



This home sleeps up to 9 guests across three bedrooms and a private den. The primary suite offers a king bed, a smart TV, and a private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and its own en suite bathroom — a welcome touch of privacy for families or traveling couples. The third bedroom is perfect for kids, with a twin bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The private front den, enclosed by French doors, offers a sleeper sofa and a dedicated desk — equally well suited as an additional sleeping space or a quiet spot for remote work. Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds)

Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.



To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.
