Escape to this romantic villa located on a quiet residential street, steps from the Golf canal, and walking distance from the acclaimed Vanderbilt beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park, Ritz Carlton and LaPlaya Resorts. The villa is tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings. The large kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked. The French doors open to the enclosed lanai and beautifully landscaped back yard. This holiday rental has cathedral ceilings with skylights, new flooring and is immaculate. The villa features two master suites with in-suite bathrooms. One suite has a king bed, the other queen, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a trundle bed with two twin beds. Enjoy the Golf breeze in the tranquility of the private screened lanai and a heated free-form pool. Watch your favorite shows on a big screen plasma TV. Each bedroom has a TV.

Cannot put it into words how perfect the place was. 110% satisfied from start to finish with our whole vacation. Four of us stayed there with her two medium Labradoodles. We had a few family members from the area come over to visit throughout the day and enjoy the property as well. We usually rent a house every other year in Florida.The house was the best house we ever rented. Everything was perfect as described. Close to everything. We felt like we were in our own house. Heated pool was phenomenal. Even the neighbors were very friendly. We are from Cleveland, Ohio, and we usually rent in different areas of Florida. The next time we come back anywhere near Naples we will definitely try to rent this house again. Special thanks to the host/owners for letting us enjoy their PERFECT property. The house was as advertised. It was clean, and the pool was warm and clean. The dryer did not work.

We stay for a week a family of 6 adults and 2 kids and a 4 year old toddler. Oh and $250 extra for our golden retriever. Vanderbilt Beach was great. The house is not 0.6 miles from the beach. It is much further walking or driving approximately 1.5 miles. The pool is not as big as it looks in the picture and they came to clean it on a Wednesday mid day and we could not get back in the pool for 2 hours., that should of been done either early morning or before we arrived on Monday, so we would not of been inconvenienced. The fridge and kitchen cabinets were full of food no space for our stuff. Never experienced that in any of the houses I have rented for summer vacations in the past. Also I have never been charged extra $200+ As an adult for my 4 year old grandson.. I will not be staying here again. Thank you
