We hated to leave!!! Beautiful home! Pool and hot tub were amazing!!! Our only complaint was we didn’t have more time!!! Also our favorite beach was Clam Pass Park!! Not to far of a drive!!If we ever get back down to this part of Florida we will be staying here again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Naples and this home has really great features that worked well for our family. Unfortunately, there was a lack of basic maintenance in the home that was made apparent by a long list of small items that we noticed during our stay:
-Pool/Spa heater was not functional - it was the middle of summer so it wasn’t needed be we figured out quickly the spa wouldn’t be a typical temp
-Hot water never really got hot at several sinks
-The bathtub didn’t hold water well
-Shower head in the main bedroom was ancient and didn’t work well
-There were several light bulbs burned out
-Had to replace batteries in multiple remotes
-There was a broken lamp in one of the bedrooms
-The glass shower door in the main bathroom is coming off the wall
-There were a few outlets in the main bedroom that weren’t functional even after figuring out the switches
-The window blinds in the bathroom with the tub were moldy and hadn’t been cleaned
-There were several amenities pictured in the garage that weren’t there (wagon, floaties, etc). We understand it’s a rental so things break but then they should be replaced. Todd most of what’s left (broken)
The scariest part was the grill. While grilling some chicken the grill caught fire halfway through. This was caused by a lack of cleaning of the grill and a broken drip tray. We were able to extinguish it before it became a bigger issue.
Overall a house that was great at one point but is in need of a lot of love.
