There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

PARKING: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Lovely property and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked and there is a very nice grill. We loved our stay and wish we could stay longer. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay. This property is located in a beautiful area with grounds that are impeccably maintained. The bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you could ever need. We got a lot of use out of the blender! It was so convenient to have access to the beach club. We would love to stay here again!

This was a very nicely appointed condo. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the lanai view, the quiet, the kitchen and living room was very comfortable and the outdoor play toys were great. We did cook while we were there and enjoyed the BBQ outside the most! The condo pool is absolutely gorgeous and the rules and regulations keep it very quiet and enjoyable to sit and listen to the rock waterfall. We loved it! Would absolutely stay here again!
