The ground-floor of this townhouse has a spacious great-room with comfy leather sectional sofa, OLED TV, well equipped gourmet kitchen, and half bath. The lower lanai is very private. It has a Viking BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table.
Upstairs are two suites. The primary bedroom has a top-line Stearns and Foster pillow-top king bed, a writing desk, a sitting room, and a lounge-equipped private lanai overlooking the golf course. The primary bath features a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king bed with a Tempur-Pedic pillow top, an easy chair, an OLED TV and an en-suite bath.
Fairways 1103 has central AC, WiFi Internet, cable TV, and a full selection of amenities to support your beach excursions including, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, and coolers. There are also bicycles for adults and children to enjoy.
