The deluxe 2 bedroom town home will delight you and the island of Hawaii will not disappoint. Golf course view, private patio, 2 coaster bikes, resort pool and on-site gym. Enjoy the beautiful walking/running trails and the Mauna Lani Beach club with your personal pass. Both the owner and the on-island manager will help make your stay easy and memorable.

Townhome within walking distance to the beach, ocean, restaurants, shops, ancient petroglyphs, golf and more. The amenities such as beach gear - chairs, coolers, boogie boards- and a large lanai with BBQ make for a great vacation. It is private for two couples or a family with one king bedroom upstairs and one king bedroom downstairs.

Our Town Home
After a day at the resort or roaming the Big Island, relax in our two bedroom, two full bath, town home. Unit #301 a 3 min. walk to the pool, is a good choice for those wanting privacy with an upstairs master suite (New king TEMPUR-Adapt bed and adjoining master bathroom) and a completely private bedroom on the main floor (King bed and adjacent bathroom). Generously supplied with beach gear, kitchen supplies and luxury linens.

About the Accommodation
The well-appointed kitchen will please any holiday chef. It even includes an Breville espresso machine so you can make your personalized coffee. A drip machine and french press are also available.. Our private lanai/porch is lovely for an evening meal prepared on your own Viking propane BBQ and outdoor prep centre. For your media needs, the unit includes 3 flat screen TV’s with cable, smart TV, wireless/MP3/iPod stereo system and wireless internet. There is also a new full size washer and dryer for your convenience and hanging rack for drying.

Beach gear included - chairs, cooler, umbrella, and boogie boards.

The Fairways complex offers a welcoming pool area with a kids wading pool and large natural stone hot pool. The fitness centre has a nice selection of free weights and fitness equipment.

Beautiful condo in a wonderful gated community. Pool and hot tub are great to unwind after the day’s activities. Loved how well stocked the condo was- needed for practically nothing. Cooked almost all meals. On the first day of arrival we had turkeys walking around the front porch and lizards on the back porch where we ate. Would absolutely recommend to anyone with kids or couples.

Loved our stay at this condo. The beach pass was wonderful, a cute and gentle beach with lots of chairs, and the great restaurant Napua is your beach bar! Smart tv was easy to figure out, kitchen well equipped, lots of towels and beach chairs and umbrella came in handy too for Mauna kea beach. One minute drive to foodland and Tommy Bahamas restaurant too, where we had great meals.

My twin 13 year old daughters and I spent three nights in this fantastic property. Owner is awesome with communication. Place is stocked with supplies for cooking, cleaning and going to the beach. Felt like I was staying in a friend's beach home rather than a rental. Two Cal-King beds that are very comfortable. Great location. Beach club is a short drive away and super for snorkeling. Also very close to 49 Black Sand Beach-definitely worth checking out too. Very obvious the owner cares about her clients and wants them to have the best experience possible. Easy to give this property five stars. Would love to have the privilege of staying here again.

This was my first time staying on the big island of Hawaii and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this property. It is quite spacious (I was only there with my husband) but could easily house two couples comfortably and quiet. The area was very upscale and there were a few shopping malls nearby. The beach club down the road was excellent with plenty of availability of cabanas when we got there ~9 am daily. The only thing that threw me off was the gym - if, like me, you're one of those weird people that likes to hit the gym on vacation I might advise against this here since I learned that the gym on property has a sign-up system for each hour of the day and only one person is allowed to use it at a time (and one guy had signed up for the same time slot every day that would've been the time I used it).

My daughter and I stayed here recently and we loved the property. It was easy to find, check in was a breeze. We really appreciated how welcomed we felt and our host has thought of everything to make this a home away from home. Many thoughtful details and lovely touches. We enjoyed the pool area and the fitness center (sign up ahead of time) and loved the private beach club. Our host also generously allowed us to have a late check out so that we were able to spend one last morning at the beach. An amazing place to stay-we will be back!

We were very pleased with the location, cleanliness and how well thought out and quality of the interior/equipment that was available. Not only were the beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked, there were many little extra details that made our stay more pleasurable. For example, each bathroom contained shampoo/conditioner/body wash that made showering after beach days easy. Coolers in the garage and ice packs in the freezer made meals/snacks convenient at the beach. Ziplock bags were available for food storage as needed. We greatly appreciated the suggestions for activities provided by the owner, and the owner was great with communicating with us to make sure all was well once we arrived. We would definitely enjoy staying here again!

Fabulous condo in Kamuela with everything (!) you might want, convenient to visits to Kona, and closer to Mauna Kea than staying in Kona. The condo is so nice you might not want to leave, but golf, pool, beach, grocery and restaurants are close by if you do. The bed may be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in on vacation. 5+ stars. Thank you for a lovely, luxurious place to stay.

We’ve stayed in the Mauna Lani area many times and this was my favorite. The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a great location to explore the Kohala Coast or just chill at the beach club. The place has everything you need to make your stay great. (No snorkels, but If you like to snorkel, rent from Snorkel Bobs in Mauna Lani shopping area. ) The bikes were so fun to explore the area. The coffee maker and Breville espresso machine were a treat to have in the morning. What made this place the best in my opinion was the host. Jessi was very welcoming and responsive. She sent well defined and easy to follow instructions for check in and out. She has a local contact that picks up at a moments notice. The place is private even though it’s in a development The place is packed with interesting books about the area. My spouse loved the out of print Hunter S. Thompson book on the Big Island. If you can’t tell already, we would most definitely stay again. 5 stars for a great winter vacation.

We spent 9 nights at The Fairway condo and it was very relaxing. It was probably the quietest complex we’ve ever stayed at in Hawaii. We enjoyed the beach club and relaxing on the patio. Great restaurants are close by.

The property is well stocked, clean an neat! We were here for a reunion with many staying in private homes. While the views were lovely these properties were not well provisioned and the pool areas without respite from the sun. The hotel beaches weren’t peaceful. The Mauna Lani Beach Club was fabulous ( you need to bring noodles, boogie boards and rent your snorkels from Snorkel Bob)… the restaurant and bar terrific. The walking routes in the ‘neighborhood’ of Mauna Lani endless-, not so in other areas we visited. The supermarket great, and close! The only thing we missed was a paddle board- the Beach Club the best spot to board but no place at the beach to rent. Great spot to eat- Merrimen’s, helicopter outfit Blue Hawaiian to really see the island, we could have missed Rainbow Falls - not pretty, the others in the rain forest worth the trip. Finally, would have liked a picture of the unit ( fronted on the road) since we came in at nite and thought the entrances were in the courtyards.

Jessi's place was extremely comfortable and well-equipped. We took advantage of the grill and kitchen for a few of our meals. The pool is a short walk down the street. From the prompt response when we asked about early check-in while we were between hotels to the amazing location and condo we loved staying here. My son left a bag behind with some of his expensive items and the property manager notified me the cleaning lady had found it. I love how honest they were and how easy it was to go back and retrieve our items. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Hawaii!
