Welcome to my home!
Set in a refurbished 19th-century building and tastefully furnished with modern decors, this charming home is close to many of Porto's top attractions!
Fitted with a plush chair, a comfy double bed and a TV, unwind in the bedroom after a busy day of exploring Porto. There's also a work desk at your disposal. The flat comes with multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!
Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided to ensure you'll have a pleasant sleep.
The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up including a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

Once a former home to Jewish and Armenian communities, its colorful old houses, cobbled streets, and location near the river will charm anyone who visits Miragaia. This area is also known for being particularly lively during São João, the traditional street party that takes place in Porto in June.
Moreover, Miragaia is where you can eat sardines and drink the best of Portuguese wine as you watch the sunset over the river. Don’t forget to take a walk alongside the Douro. You will not miss the Ponte Luís I, a spectacular metal arch bridge that spans the river between Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia.
You will see that the Bolsa Palace dominates the Infante D. Henrique Square. Visit the famous Arab room inspired by the Alhambra of Grenada in Spain. Igreja de San Francisco is must visit if you want to be refresh!
After, you can either hop on the Funicular dos Guindais or stroll along Bandeirinha da Saúde (Miradouro) to get a better view of the Douro river.
Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest tram stop, Infante, is a min away on foot.
- The nearest train station, São Bento, is just 10 mins walk from the flat.
- You could also rent a bike, just below our building.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 20 mins drive from the accommodation.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Brilliant location, very clean! I like the minimalist decor too. It would have been good to have some aircon and blinds that stayed up to let some fresh air and light in. The bed was uncomfy but fine for a short few nights stay. Would really recommend!!

The Staff team responded very quickly to my messages and questions and were very helpful. Their instructions about the check in and out was very clear and straight forward.

When I arrived to the apartment, the flush in the toilet and the blinds in the windows didn't work. I needed to activate the flush manually opening the lid on the top and pressing the button inside myself, and the blinds were pulled all the way to the bottom, and wouldn't open. I requested Innvict to please fix it, and they replied very quickly and nicely, and told me they would send somebody that same day. They did, and the flush worked, but only once; next time I needed to do it myself again. The blinds were never fixed; one of them slightly opened around 4 inches, but it wouldn't go further, so I needed to stay 4 days in the dark. Luckily, I didn't spend much time in the room, but it wasn't too welcoming.
The place was clean and nice; location is good, just in front of the river, but very touristic and didn't really have regular services around that were not for tourism; I was working in the city, and I should have rather stayed upper in town, since I needed to move around. For tourism, however, it's good, there are restaurants and picturesque spots around.
