Carefully rebuilt in 2019, the property preserves its historic character while embracing modern comfort. With soft neutral tones and subtle Portuguese touches, each apartment offers a timeless, elegant atmosphere where history and contemporary living blend in harmony.
The building was once home to a traditional pharmacy, from a time when medicines were carefully prepared and mixed by pharmacists on site. In tribute to this heritage and to its importance within the neighbourhood’s daily life, we chose to preserve the pharmacy’s original name on the façade, honouring its history and the role it once played in the community
This superior studio offers a modern and comfortable stay, thoughtfully designed with a bright open layout and stylish contemporary finishes. The space features air conditioning for year-round comfort, a cozy sleeping area with a quality bed, and a welcoming living/dining setup ideal for relaxing or working.
The fully equipped kitchenette allows for convenient meal preparation, while the sleek bathroom includes a walk-in shower with clean, modern design. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, enhancing the warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the unit.
While there is no on-site reception, our dedicated team is available 24/7 via phone and email to assist with any requests, from local recommendations to special arrangements, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Located in the middle of a vibrant neighborhood. Close to river and many resturants and things to do. Perfect! Grocery store and laundry mat a few steps away.

1. There was mold in several places
2. Third light from the door periodically went off and on. Very annoying. A new bulb is needed.
3. There should be two bath towels per person. The towels never dried out so you were always starting with a wet towel.
