Minimalist furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio (40 sqm) is close to various top attractions in Travessa General Torres, such as Livraria Lello and Jardins do Palácio deCristal! !The subway station is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease.
This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Relax in the living room, which features a comfy double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to cook, including a microwave. The dining area can comfortably accommodate two people. The studio also comes with ironing equipment, should you need it.
The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need, such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Towels and toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The property has all what you need. It was very clean which is big to me. They provided essential amenities, and very comfortable overall. Excellent location, short walk to the Douro river, Ribeira area. Excellent communication.

Great location with everything needed to explore the city and beyond. We stayed for 5 nights at the beginning of October 2023. The accommodation is easy to get to on public transport from the airport and is close to a bus stop and a short walk from the subway. Excellent central location for many of the top sights. The accommodation is well equipped with a good amount of cookware, crockery etc. It was clean and tidy. There is a washer drier and good sized fridge with small freezer, 4 ring ceramic hob and single electric oven so would be suitable for longer stays. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accommodation.

It is well located with good access to the Metro. A short walk puts you at a wonderful view and lively activities. A walk across the bridge puts you in place for miryied of activities lol

Great little spot in a fantastic location. 5 minute walk to stores, 10 to downtown strip. You’ll certainly get your steps in ;) I would absolutely go back. Management was attentive and friendly, everything was clean and easy to use. Felt like home
