Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, cerca de la zona de la ribera y las bodegas. Las camas muy cómodas y el baño nuevo y limpio. Tiene una pequeña terraza con vistas al río y a Oporto.

la proximité de Porto centre, en plein milieu de Villa Nova de Gaia et des caves. Bien équipé, petite terrasse agréable qui donne sur l’arrière des caves et on peut voir un peu le fleuve

la taxe de séjour n’est pas comprise dans le prix. Nous devons la laisser sur le lieu même en espèce sans remise en main propre au propriétaire ou à un organisme. Donc rien ne prouve que nous avons bien réglé cette taxe. Il serait judicieux de laisser cette taxe à l’office du tourisme avec une preuve de paiement

Everything we needed was there! The bedding was super comfortable and they even had a ventilator for the hot nights. The location is perfect and if you are young everything is easily accessible by foot. There’s a Lidl even closer from the location that the minipreco and there’s a little local grocery store with all the basics. There are two beds (one queen and a single) and we also saw that there was a mattress for a little kid if needed. The view from the balcony is amazing!!!! The host is very reactive and answered every question quite quickly. Beware of the fact that if you forget the key inside, you cannot open the door from the outside without help (it happened to us), but we called the host and they send someone right away.

I would have added some small spoons for the coffee. Also I would add a little couch or outdoor furniture and some clasps for the clothes to dry them. It’s very small details because I really have nothing to complain about!!!

Location and price

No air conditioner, very stuffy for sleeping because window had to closed to minimise noise.
