A vacation with beautiful fishing trips and experiences on foot and on two wheels awaits you in this quiet feel-good place surrounded by green fields. In the red wooden house is open to the roof, which creates a great sense of space, and the bright open living area emphasizes the purpose of the vacation: time with the family. At the dining table, your kids can have a fun time playing Uno while you work your magic in the kitchen next door. When you come home from a long trip and have eaten the homemade goodies, you can take a seat in the home theater and put your feet up! On hot days you can move the meals outside on the open terrace. The private garden is large and perfect for playing football.
At the narrowest point of the Skäggenäs peninsula near Drag, Gustav Vasa had a 175-meter-long canal dug in the 1550s to facilitate local shipping. The canal is popularly known as the Graven'. The peninsula is definitely worth a visit. Explore the historic town of Kalmar and cross the six-kilometer bridge to Öland or take the bicycle and passenger ferry, Dessi.
