The house is located in Ugglebo, rural with the forest as a neighbor, here you can enjoy wonderful forest walks with berries and mushroom picking during the season. At the same time, you live perfectly for exploring, as you are close to Kalmar, Karlskrona and Kosta glasrike. The house has large balconies on 2 different floors. One equipped with an electric awning to fold out over the dining table if needed. On the second floor you can enjoy the warm comfortable jacuzzi and rest up in the sun loungers. Here are nice plantings in the growing boxes. Barbecue is available for wonderful barbecue evenings if desired. The house has an open floor plan with a combined kitchen, dining area and living room where you can enjoy in front of a fire in the wood burning stove. Firewood can be purchased on site if desired. The fresh kitchen is equipped with a microwave, 2 hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, etc. There is dining space for four, as well as comfortable armchairs and a sofa. The sofa can be made into a double bed. You have free Wifi in the house and a TV with Swedish cannels TV1, TV2,TV4. There is also Netflix. You also have a CD player that is usually popular as there are lots of old CDs to experience. High level nostalgia for those interested in music. A step ladder leads you up to the attic where you sleep under the ridge in two comfortable single beds that can be put together if desired. The house is also equipped with a flexible central vacuum cleaner and an air/air heat pump that can be used as aircondition in the summer for an extra cost that you pay to the owner. The house's nice owners live in the house next door and are helpful with tips if desired. However, the house has a secluded location and your terrace and garden are protected from view. There are badminton sets and blocks to borrow if desired. If you want to swim, you have the sea close by. Vita Sand is a popular beach to visit. There is also food and ice cream served. There are also many bathing lakes such as. Hemsjön or Hultabråan to choose from if you want a little calmer swimming. In Påryd (2km) there is a restaurant, pizzeria and shop. Here is the popular Lantcafét with fantastic food and coffee. You have 3.5 km to Kalmar with a large shopping and restaurant selection. Sights such as Kalmar Castle and the County Museum are usually worth a visit. For children, Skälby Gård with its animals and playgrounds is usually popular. You have 60 km to Karlskrona with the Marine Museum and so much more. Kosta Glasrike is usually a nice day trip. Information: AC can be used for SEK 500 / week. This is paid to the homeowner on site. There is also Glasrikets Älgpark, 2.8 miles away, where you can also fish. You are also close to Öland, with lots of exciting places and bathing places to visit. Here you also have Öland's zoo with animals, amusement park and water park. A popular restaurant to visit is La Famiglia, where you can enjoy Italian cuisine in a lovely Mediterranean-inspired garden.
