Ideal for a relaxing getaway, this charming 65 m² cottage in rural surroundings accommodates up to 4 guests, offering fishing, nearby lakes, and a cozy atmosphere for unforgettable moments.
The charming guesthouse, named after its last resident, spans approximately 65 m² and accommodates four guests plus one toddler (up to 2 years old). Access is via a lovely front veranda, leading into a hallway. To the left, there is a cozy living room equipped with seating, satellite TV (German channels), a DVD and CD player, as well as a tiled stove. Adjacent to the living room is a small bedroom featuring a 120 cm bed, suitable for two children. The ground floor also includes a well-equipped kitchen with a double electric hot plate, microwave, fridge, freezer, and a dining table. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which includes a bathroom with shower, WC, and a bedroom with a double and single bed. Heating is available electrically or with wood, and firewood is provided. Guests can also use the landlord's washing machine and bicycles upon request, with Wi-Fi access available in the guesthouse.
The outdoor area of Henry's Hus offers a beautifully peaceful environment set on a spacious, former farm estate. Guests can enjoy fishing in the property's own pond or relax on the charming pre-constructed veranda, perfect for savoring evening dusk in a cozy atmosphere. The estate is nestled in a rural region, with sheep grazing nearby, immersing visitors in pastoral life. A communal access road leads to the property, ensuring a tranquil setting.
