This single-family, custom-built 2,159 sq. ft. retreat offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 6 guests. Nestled among Sedona's most scenic hiking and biking trails, you'll have easy access to nature's beauty just minutes from your doorstep.
Living Room: The spacious living room features dramatic cathedral ceilings with wood beams, a remote-operated gas fireplace, and expansive windows that flood the room with light and frame spectacular Red Rock views. Two plush sofas and a pair of swivel chairs make this the perfect place to relax, connect, or soak in the scenery.
Kitchen: A chef's dream, the gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a central island with breakfast seating for two. The adjacent formal dining room flows out to the covered paver patio, perfect for indoor-outdoor entertaining.
Dining Room: Formal dining with seating for six, just off the kitchen and opening directly to the covered patio.
Primary Bedroom: Relax in a luxurious King bed with smart TV and nightstand, plus a private ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and incredible mountain views right from your window.
Bedroom 2: King bed with matching nightstands and lamps, connected to a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 3: Another comfortable King bed with access to the shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Step outside to your own private Sedona sanctuary. The beautifully landscaped and fenced backyard is now home to a brand-new 25-yard saltwater lap pool and built-in hot tub, offering the ultimate blend of relaxation and recreation. Whether you're taking a morning swim, enjoying a sunset soak, or lounging poolside with a drink in hand, this backyard is designed to impress. A covered patio with an outdoor TV, propane BBQ grill, and a cozy firepit make it easy to enjoy the outdoors any time of day.
Hot Tub: Yes — now integrated with the new saltwater lap pool for a luxurious spa-like experience.
Pool Heating: Pool heating is available year around upon request prior to arrival for $100 per day. **Pool is approximately 5 feet deep in the middle and shallower on the ends so NO DIVING. POOL TEMPERATURES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED!
WiFi: Free high-speed internet throughout the home.
Parking: Two-car garage with additional driveway parking.

We loved our stay at Chapel Hill. We had a booking issue and they saved the rest of our trip. There is plenty of space for four adults. You could definitely have more in the group. Enjoyed the backyard space at night after our adventures. The neighborhood is very quiet and within ten minutes of amenities downtown. We would love to stay again in the future.

Two couples stayed at the property. It was very spacious and kitchen was well equipped for the few meals we cooked there. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone staying in Sedona.

A very cozy, clean home with great supplies and amenities. Wonderful view in the backyard! Our family enjoyed our time at this property. Quiet neighborhood. Nice fenced in yard for our dogs was a huge plus!

This is a beautiful, comfortable home with all of the amenities in the Chapel neighborhood of Sedona. It’s the perfect distance from town to relax in a peaceful environment, but a few minutes in the car and you are in the middle of the action. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the house well appointed and had everything in the kitchen you might need. High quality linens, plenty of towels, every small detail attended. The pool and hot tub are lovely and private. The layout of the house was perfect with the Master set on the opposite side of the home from the guest rooms. I traveled with friends so that set up allowed us privacy but a wonderful common space to share. Check in was a breeze and communication timely, friendly and accommodating. Will absolutely look to rent this property first when back in the area. We loved it so much looking to visit again with my family in the Spring. Wonderful stay!
