Beautiful home and backyard! Very clean and welcoming. Really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with pots, pans, dishes, flatware, etc. Location—awesome! A stone’s throw to Little Horse trail. The home is situated in quiet neighborhood with beautiful views all around. Our host was very accommodating and responsive to texts.

We had a fabulous stay! The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable! We had two families, 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was so nice to be walking distance to the two trail heads and not have to deal with parking. The yard was great and overall just a great time!

We had an excellent time at this house! The location was absolutely perfect—convenient to everything we needed. The house itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The layout was fantastic, especially for accommodating multiple people. It offered plenty of space and comfort for everyone.Just bring your hairdryer, the only thing that wasn't available, but otherwise, everything was perfect!

My family and I loved our stay in Sedona. The house was beautiful, clean, well appointed and in an excellent location near trail heads to great family hiking spots. Our host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The check in and check out process was easy and convenient. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended.

Great property and will definitely go back. However, there are a few cosmetic things that need attention in the house. It did not interfere with our stay. There are outside cameras around the perimeter of the house, backyard garage in front of the house that made us feel a little uneasy with full privacy. Still Earns 5 stars

Well stocked, easy to navigate, excellent location and views. Nice neighborhood. We were very comfortable here! The beds were high quality and the primary bedroom even has adjustable frame (I think , , , I didn't actually try it). Many nice features. The hot tub was ready for use and serviced the day of our arrival. very nice outdoor spaces.

This house was very nice. The kitchen was well-equipped. The atmosphere was inviting (lot of sunlight during the day and tasteful, warm lighting at night. The house is in a great neighborhood and is conveniently located for all places to visit in Sedona.

Great location but there were a few drawbacks: dishwasher/sink had a foul odor, no blackout curtains in bedrooms, and some minor disrepair. We had an issue with the cleaners not having been there but were issued a cleaning credit for the inconvenience.

We’ve never been to Sedona before and this was a wonderful place to stay to experience it. It was easy to walk to trails and a short drive right into town. I was happy to have coffee and other snacks there for us when we arrived until we got to a grocery store. We ended up not using the hot tub but bet that would be nice at night since it’s so dark.

This place was perfect for me and my friends. The location was great, we were able to walk to a beautiful hike. The kitchen was stocked with lots of equipment so we could cook and there were plenty of amenities. It was also really clean and comfy.

Mansoor was courteous and communicative. He sent a handyman promptly to fix a couple of things during our stay. Also, extended us a late checkout until noon that was very helpful since we have two young kids and needed more time. Overall, great place and service. Beautiful home, inside and out. Our family of four had a great stay. Comfy beds and bedding. Luxurious bathrooms with plenty of towels. Amazing views from front windows and the hot tub. Totally exceeded expectations. We hope to stay here again!!!

We enjoyed this property very much, the location was great and the home was well equipped. A few minor issues that we experienced were 1.) there was no propane for any of the outdoor heaters, we spent $50 to refill them ourselves. 2.) there was pet hair everywhere in the home. Being severely allergic to pet hair, this effected my stay quite a bit. Even after dusting, vacuuming and washing all of the bedding, I was still miserable from the dander.(there was also dog poop in the yard) 3.) lastly, the toaster doesn't work, and since a previous review already mentioned this, I don't understand why it wasn't just removed from the kitchen. Not a big deal, but a disappointment after purchasing local bread for toast in the morning. Overall I would recommend this property, the host was very responsive and pleasant, I would just focus on cleanliness a little more, especially in such a beautiful home.
