Sedona Chapel View Villa

The house is in a beautiful location near hiking trails. Personally, we really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but be advised you cannot walk to stores or restaurants. Host was helpful and communicative. Really enjoyed the clean hot tub. Plenty of space for our group of 5.

There were some stains on the carpeting, none of the electric candles worked (probably just needed batteries), and the handle to the kitchen sink kept falling off, but none of those things were a huge deal. Overall the house was in good condition for a rental property :)

Lovely well kept property with one of the best views! A lot more space than expected.

Some minor operational and/or aesthetic concerns that were addressed privately with the host, but nothing major worthy of elaboration.

The location in Chapel neighborhood is excellent - you get to enjoy the red rocks from every window and the backyard. There can be some traffic getting into the neighborhood since so many people are visiting the famous Chapel, but it did not cause more than a 1-2 minute delay getting into or out of the neighborhood. You can connect to miles of hiking in the Broken Arrow or Bell Rock trail systems from this neighborhood. The house was very large and had everything we needed for a family of 6 with 3 generations together. I would not recommend the place for over 8 people due to only 2 full bathrooms for showers.

There are some minor maintenance needs at the house, like the main faucet handle falling off, but I am sure these will be fixed in a timely manner because the hosts were very responsive.
