Views, comfort, space, quiet.
No ice maker, prickly weeds next to driveway.

The house was spacious, very clean and was well stocked. The location was wonderful, and the neighborhood was very quiet. I would recommend this property highly.
The only negative was the door instructions were a little complicated. The fire pit area could have used more seating.

The house is in a beautiful location near hiking trails. Personally, we really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but be advised you cannot walk to stores or restaurants. Host was helpful and communicative. Really enjoyed the clean hot tub. Plenty of space for our group of 5.
There were some stains on the carpeting, none of the electric candles worked (probably just needed batteries), and the handle to the kitchen sink kept falling off, but none of those things were a huge deal. Overall the house was in good condition for a rental property :)

Lovely well kept property with one of the best views! A lot more space than expected.
Some minor operational and/or aesthetic concerns that were addressed privately with the host, but nothing major worthy of elaboration.
