Large house, great location, owner responsive to communications.
Mandatory $35 fee was not transparently disclosed in the "expenses" section. Substantial cleaning fee but windows and baseboards dirty, dog poop in backyard.

Location and views were fantastic. Hikes around the location. House was clean and comfortable, well equipped with everything. Ping pong table was a plus and back room to watch movies.
Everything was great, we just couldn’t find a working light for backyard at night, but we managed.
