1111 Duneside is a beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom oceanfront villa located in the West Beach area.
This modern villa boasts coastal-inspired charming interiors, exceptional ocean views from every window and balcony, and a boardwalk from the first floor deck down to the beach!
The main living area features a large sofa, decorative arm chairs, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV – the perfect place to sit back and relax on your next vacation. Along with fantastic views from the living room windows, you can step out onto the private balcony and feel the ocean breeze right from the spacious living area!
Connecting to the living room is the dining area and kitchen. Updated with high end luxury kitchen appliances, you can enjoy home-cooked meals with the whole family with views of the ocean as you eat. A screened porch located just off the second living area is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening meal before heading downstairs to the beach.
This villa comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.
The ocean is just a hop, skip and a jump from the villa and guests may access the gated Duneside community pool for added enjoyment. The oceanfront Duneside Villas are situated steps to the ocean on the rolling sand dunes of Kiawah Island’s charming West Beach Village neighborhood. West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.
You're an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island's world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.
Pool Access: Guests have access to the Duneside Community Pool only (Apr-Oct). Please note this property has NO resort pool access.
Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalks 1 and 2.
Please Note: The use of the fireplace is prohibited.
Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.
Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars.

My husband and I had the perfect visit at Duneside Angel. The villa was beautifully appointed and spacious. The ocean views were stunning. The villa is steps away from the beach. We are so grateful for our stay here and would come back in a minute. I will miss falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Thank you so much for giving us the perfect getaway.
