It is ideally located in a very quiet residential area, 5 minutes' walk from shops, the Géant Casino and the city center. Fine sandy beaches 15 mins walk and their nice restaurants. The villa is 6 km from Cannes, 1 km from the motorway exit and 30 minutes from Nice airport.
Beautiful 4mX9m mosaic swimming pool, deckchairs and large parasols encourage relaxation. Enclosed garden of 1500 m², planted with palm trees, mimosas, oleander hedges, olive trees, cypresses ... Garden and swimming pool lit at night.
