The apartment includes a large / living room, combined with an exclusive open plan kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, glass ceramic hob microwave, refrigerator, freezer etc. The living room is furnished with a pale leather sofa suite, AC, LCD34` TV, Bang & Olufsen stereo CD, DVD player, dining furniture, glass display case etc. Bedroom 1: Double bed (180cm wide), vanity table etc. Bedroom 2: Double bed (converts into two single beds) Bathroom 1: Large bath, marble sink with closet. Spacious. Bathroom 2: Shower cabin, marble sink with cupboard, bide In the hall is a wardrobe & a washing machine with tumble driers. The apartment also has an extra toilet. The apartment has a marble floor. A large 30km terrace with dining furniture & chairs. The apartment also has a private garage in the basement.

We were for 10 days with three children. The apartment is big enough, well prepared and comfortable. My children broke an old ikea lamp. The Manager told me that the lamp is approximately two years old and told the price from that time. So she decided to keep the same price from the deposit. She couldn’t find the bill of buying the lamp which I need for the insurance. I offered her to buy a new similar one from ikea and send me a bill. She refused that. Positiv was: the Apartment was clean and there are nice Pools in the residence. Very calm and secure there. Parking was in the building which is excellent. The door of the garage is not working good. But it works. Location: 10-15 minutes driving To the supermarkets and to the beach. Even Cannes is relativ close. Depends on The traffic, it took sometimes to Cannes 30 minutes driving way on Rush hour time . Air conditioning: was very good. AC located in the living room and work very good. But you will probably have to pay extra for that. Which is clearly explained. the owner is always reachable, Kind and answer very fast. Best regards

Lovely Place, we loved it!

Stayed here last May , party of 4 including 2 kids. We fell in love with the apartment and the area as soon as we pulled up. It is in a secure domain with electric gates and although there are neighbouring properties you get a feeling of being very secluded and are not overlooked at all. Breakfast on the terrace gives a view right down and if you are not careful you can waste a morning sitting there as the sun creeps up. The centrum of the Mandelieu is about a 5 minute drive away with Cannes being about 15 mins away if you take the coastal road. The apartment is very beautiful furniched and spacious , theare 3 nery nice pools in the area. everything to do with this apartment was excellent.
