ALL rooms have an unforgettable frontal sea view. About 30 m to the sea.
Apartment is completely renovated. New kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, fridge, oven and stove.

The complex was built on the sea so that there is only a handful of apartments within view. The streets run behind the complex, thus, the apartment is very quietly located. You only hear the comfortable sounds of the water.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor so you will not be disturbed from pedestrians.
The complex is peaceful and child and animal friendly. It consists of a beautiful, well-kept park with palm trees and meadows.
The complex has a pool, beach, 2 boules fields, 2 tennis courts, dog room (WC for animals).
The complex is 5 minutes from the beautiful golf course of Mandelieu and 10 min. from Cannes.
